Born in 1992 on the ruins of communist Romania, Mihnea Berechet (Himbrecht) grew up to be synonymous with deep, melodic music, attention to detail and a rather twisted sense of humour. With a rich background in technology and the creative arts, Himbrecht is an example of exponential progress through experimentation and curiosity. He took his first steps into the world of music in 2004 and by 2008, at the age of 15, he was releasing electronic music on labels from around the world. Since then Himbrecht has perfected his composition and production techniques and received recognition from international artists and publications.
