Bocksrucker
If you attend to the Viennese experimental electronic music scene you certainly came across the name Bocksrucker. Having been active as a DJ for almost 8 years he shaped the city’s sonic landscape as a forward-thinking promoter when enabling now big names Florian Kupfer and Helena Hauff to play their debut gigs in the Austrian capital.
It was only a matter of time when he would make the next step to finish and release his first productions which was realized by local label Bare Hands in late 2016. The well-received ‚Tarot EP‘ was rightly charted by Lena Willikens amongst her favorite releases from last year. While we are waiting for Bocksrucker to appear as a live act we can regularly enjoy his DJ skills at parties that feature and highlight the odd side of electronic music.
