TJ Hicks
TJ Hicks is a US Disk Jockey/Producer and is known for skillfully fusing deep & soulful Detroit Techno with a varied selection of electronic rhythms. Born in Harlem, New York USA in 1972 and based in Vienna, Austria; he’s played at various events across America, Asia, Europe, The Middle East & Russia to perform his unique mix of Underground Electronic Dance Music.
He currently records electronic music under the moniker Altroy and remixes/ records for Editions Mego , Pomelo and his own imprint Minimalsoul™. His current Red Planet (12″) on Minimalsoul™ and split (12″) on Pomelo are both distributed by his distribution company MSR Distro, which is the current distribution company for forward thinking electronic music based in Vienna, Austria.
