Lenia

In 2012 Lenia (Lenia ≙ Leña [ˈleɲa] = spanish for firewood) decided she wanted to see a change in parties in her home town Vienna. More soul, less business, more politics, less indifference. Together with a like-minded she founded the collective ‘Gassen aus Zucker’ that quickly evolved into an important impact on Vienna’s subculture.
Lenia’s talent is highly valued all over Europe. Performances at Fusion Festival, the club Sisyphos in Berlin, and acts in Kopenhagen, Luxemburg etc. established her reputation without ever forgetting on her roots in the underground scene.
